Spring is here!!! Springs brings warmer weather, vacations,Lots of Weddings and GREAT NACE Programs to come!!!!

Thank goodness we have made it through the slow season and hopefully you are all gearing up for a busy Spring and Summer.  Our March meeting was great at Montreux, the food was fabulous and much was learned from our speaker Connie Johnson, about staying out of Hot Water with Employment Issues.

One great thing that comes with Spring is the Spring Membership Campaign that began on March 23rd and will run until May 25th.  We have many new members joining this month, visit the new members section to see who they are, and who are current members are.  This is a great time for all of you who have been thinking of joining this great association to join.  All new members who have never been members before or members who have lapsed more than a year  on their membership will be offered a discount of $100 off the annual membership dues.  For more information contact our membership Chair, Robin Eissinger at reissinger@laketahoe.harrahs.com.

Winners are revealed at the Experience Gala, which will be held this year in Norther Carolina.  We encourage all of you to participate and submit the events you have created.  There are different levels to submit to.  This is how we can put Northern Nevada Events on the Map!!!

The Silver Legacy Resort Casino is currently seeking adynamic and highly motivated Catering and Convention Services Manager.

Qualified candidates must have previous eperience in a high volume establishment, excellent communication skills and a solid sales background while presenting a professional image at all times.  A strong background in Food an dBeverage is preferable.
