WOW - What an amazing meeting we had in July at the Top of the Tram at Heavenly Valley.  The weather was perfect, the views - amazing, the speaker was fabulous, and the food and beverage were superb.  The entire meal was organic (including the wine).  This is a venue I would absolutely recommend for an event, what a great experience.  Much thanks to all who attended.

Our affiliate of the month Katie Long from Thrans Flowers, along with Aimee Cheesebrough from Sierra Weddings gave the group some great ideas on how to make an event "green".  From Food and Wine to Centerpieces and Favors, this event had it all.

CATERING / CONVENTION SERVICES MANAGER NEEDED

The Silver Legacy Resort Casino is currently seeking adynamic and highly motivated Catering and Convention Services Manager.

Qualified candidates must have previous eperience in a high volume establishment, excellent communication skills and a solid sales background while presenting a professional image at all times.  A strong background in Food an dBeverage is preferable.

This position is responsible for all aspects of planning, oversight and post conference follow-up for convention sales groups and social catering functions
