With more than 25 years of experience in Hospitality and Special Events, Kristjan brings a level of uncompromising customer service that won't leave you in the cold. His background spands the spectrum from catering to equipment to event production. This hands-on operations savvy means inventive meetings & events. Prior to founding In Good Company Events, Kristjan was Director of Special Events for a large West Coast DMC. Before that, he honed his equipment and tenting expertise as VP of Business Development for a large rental company in Los Angeles, then in the Bay Area. Kristjan brings all of his talents to the room as a sought after speaker within the industry such as ISES Event world and the ARA. He is a past President of ISES Northern California and recipient of numerous accolades including a Special Event Gala Award, Texas Star Award and 3 ISES Excellence Awards. His work has been featured in Special Events Magazine and Live Design, as well as on television networks such as Fine Living.

The admission fee includes viewing of the Event Elements Competition as well as dinner, design decor seminar, and the awards ceremony .
If guests wish to go solely to the competition, the admission price is $10. This allows them into the display area from 3 to 6:30 pm (this is a great opportunity to invite clients to see different table and cake design options for their events).
